These terms govern your use of bowcloudspay (“the Service”), a platform that helps Nigerian schools collect and reconcile fee payments. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Using the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (schools, students, fees and payments) and for keeping your login details secure. You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for its intended purpose of managing school fee payments.

Payments and fees

Online payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. Provider charges and any platform fees are shown before you collect payments online. Schools remain responsible for the fees they set and for resolving disputes with parents.

Accounts and access

School owners may invite staff and assign roles. You are responsible for the actions taken under accounts you control. We may suspend access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the Service or its users.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or improve the Service over time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Where changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
